After 18 years in restaurant management and training in Northern Virginia, Mary transitioned her real estate hobby into a full-time career in 2015. She relocated to Central Virginia with her husband and two children in 2016 and soon joined the Licata Group. Mary brings extensive knowledge and experience in business management, finance, human resources, customer service, and problem-solving to the team.

Dedicated to helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Mary is continually expanding her expertise through reading and taking classes. She is an active member of the Associate Leadership Council and serves as the Chairperson for the Finance Committee.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys outdoor activities with her family, including hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, festivals, and bike riding, making the most of all that Central Virginia has to offer.
